My name is Ahsan Kalam, I am a undergraduate student at UBC studying Computer Science. I am Pakistan national, born in Saudi Arabia, raised in Oman and educated in an international school, I am automatically exposed to diverse cultures. I am extremely Extroverted and adventurous, I am always looking to explore new physical and intellectual challenges with like-minded individuals. I jump at any opportunity which is out of my comfort zone to push myself to grow which include learning new skills and interactions with others to develop as a person.

I am a beginner coder with a certain knack for coding, as a I create program I am able to picture the final solution prior to creating it  I have a positive outlook of life and by meeting, learning and of course coding with others,  I hope to use my programming skills to develop software to create ease in the lives of everyone around the world, be it students, employees, or the elderly.
 

My fascination with Computer Science and app creation began after learning to code in high school. I am have experience coding in Python, Java, Pseudocode and Swift and have created a wide variety of apps which include software for maintaining personal accounts for clients and a maths question generator for teachers.

TechnoKal was originally founded by me during my last year in High School, I was convinced to start the company by Mr. Ignacio Baratech and its name was wonderfully put together by Ms. Janan Jahed.
